I made a website! Woooo! Now i only have to find time to update it! Does anyone know of a way of linking blogs together so I only have to update one? I now have this blog, my site blog StillOrbiting on FreeWebs and a MySbpace account that I'd like to keep running.

Imogen Heap is awesome live! Andy and I saw her last night at the Birmingham Academy, which held a few hundred people - She was delightful, charming and many more words offering praise. I was really surprised to see that she produces all of her own sounds and did all of the sequencing of her own voice, prerecorded samples herself - on stage - along with playing a few other instruments live.

At the end of the show she came right out into the main room to chat to fans...

It was SOOOOO good it even made up for the difficulties we had getting home! We reached Birmingham New Street station at 10:55pm to be told that the only train back to Reading before 6am was leaving at 11pm. From Moor Street station. eeek We ran. There wasn't much else we could do. Against all odds about 3 minutes later we were on the platform at Moor Street hammering on the doors that had shut as we reached them - and they opened the doors again. Phew! Still this only got us as far as Oxford where we missed the last train to Reading by 3 minutes - having arrived 5 minutes early. Unfortunately Oxford Station closes at around 12:30am which left us wandering around Oxford in the cold and rain till 4am when the station opened and the first train home departed, getting us home cold, tired and sore at about 5am.

What an adventure! Tho I think in future we might be more careful to make sure we can get home as I'm still wheezing from all the sudden running.

In such a gigging mood atm - saw Lacuna Coil in London in Feb and seeing the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Reading in the summer. Woould hae been seeing Fear Factory in April but its the only weekend I can get up to see my folks in Manchester so I'll prob sell them to my brother. Hopefully I'll be able to get tickets for Reading Festival again.
