So, I think I'll break myself this week. I worked out pretty hard tonight, figured, since I haven't all week, I should. I'm going to continue to push myself that hard all week. It should prove interesting. I'm already sore.

Today was, overall, a good day. I hung around Boston with Ryann and Rachel. Good times. After I dropped them off, I came home. I was gonna cook some dinner, but ended up sleeping in front of the History channel (I do that far too often, well, at least it's something educational, rather than some stupid bullshit). I eventually regained my motivation and had some food. Burnt the shit out of my steak, though. That wasn't fun.

I've been reading "Get In The Van" by Henry Rollins the past few days. For those heathens who don't know, it is a collection of his journals from the time he was in Black Flag, one of the greatest bands ever. It's some pretty intense shit. Makes me want to do that. I need to play music and tour. It would be good for me. Get me the fuck away from this shithole state.
