-=RIP Dimebag Daryl=-
yeah, so i thought(and still think) many aspects of Pantera were racist, macho-tough guy, and ignorant but what the fuck...they were a metal band and their riffs kicked ass. they knew how to rock out, loudly and quickly. dimebag influenced the style of a whole generation of metalheads throughout the late 80's/90's and contributed a lot to the industry via guitar/pedal design. i heard he was a "real nice guy" too.
his death was spontaneously premature and beyond fucking crazy. this will be one of those times i have to try extra hard not to be skeptical about the future of things.
the good news is getting a 3.9 on my PSY341 paper.*whew*
now, where is that cute girl and her ball-less cat?
choice records for the past few days:
Declaime "Conversations With Dudley"
Phil Ranelin "Vibes From The Tribe"
Between the Buried and Me "self-titled"
Isis "Oceanic"
MF Doom "MM Food"
