Typical of this wonderful island of ours. Couple of inches of snow and the country grinds to a halt. (again). Shouldn't we have learned from last year confused

Oh dear, I consumed vasts amounts of alcohol this weekend. Football game was abandoned after 30 minutes because the ref was injured, so we had to go back to the pub early. biggrin

By all accounts the big freeze is arriving tomorrow, need to keep warm somehow wink .

Whoo, got another week in work at least! Even had the offer to go work in Scotland, same money though so that ain't happening.

So it's back round to Friday, don't they go quick to weeks.

Had a really good weekend. Friday went on a football reunion do. Met players I'd not seen for 10 years, and some of the older players who used to play for our club, before my time.
Saturday was just the usual night on the town, generally acting like a true gent. wink
