Well got the confirmation and flight details through today. Off to China Saturday afternoon, via Paris, for the next 6 months. Off working in a couple of places in the country, Taiyuan about 200 miles SW of Beijing, and then 3 months in Ma'anshaan, about 300 miles W of Shanghai. Really looking forward to seeing a bit of the country and all it's magnificent sites....

Another month, another update Can't believe how I've just not got the time these days. Far too busy working, been to Wales, the North East and Yorkshire working at all those dirty steelworks.

Off to Spain on Wednesday for a well deserved holiday, although it will be far from relaxing! 30 odd of us going for my mates 40th, so it'll be fun

Well second round of blood test results today and again the blood pressure is too high. Aparently liver and kidneys are working well though, but too much alcohol in the blood Got to lose weight, exercise more, eat less shit and drink less. Well we'll see.

Then again married women aren't too good for the blood pressure either , must stop this habit

Well I've been the docs a few times this week for blood tests and the like and apparently I've got to stop the rock'n'roll lifestyle to which I've become accustomed. Cholestrol is too high, drink to much, don't exercise enough, blahdy blah.....

All I can say is "The Almighty" charity gig in London was AWESOME!!!!! Best gig ever!!! In my opinion that is. Played all the classics and the place was heaving!!

Got serious drunk and tried charming some delightful young Amercian ladies staying in the same hotel. Didn't work

So got Ricky Warwick (from The Almighty) solo gig this week, should be good.
