Went to see Helmet last night. Put on a great gig, no gimmicks or frills, just great riffing music. Frank Bello think's he's still in Anthrax judging by his stage presence though, and what a drummer John Tempesta is, don't think I've seen a drummer hit the drums as hard for a long time. 
Oh well, Friday night beckons, must go get ready and try and impress the locals again
