Well I've been the docs a few times this week for blood tests and the like and apparently I've got to stop the rock'n'roll lifestyle to which I've become accustomed. Cholestrol is too high, drink to much, don't exercise enough, blahdy blah.....

So big decisions then..........ah sod it, let's have a pint!

Saw Thunder last Friday and it was a good gig, place was packed to the rafters

This weekend holds no plans, just go out and see what happens. I hope you all do the same
