So this past week has been awesome!!!
Wednesday night I went to Johnny Brendas to see Black Mountain! They were so tight! I love hearing bands that play psychrock/metal really really well! Their new record is becoming one of my favorites for release of 2008 and it is seriously only 2 and a half months into the year!!!
There was a snow day friday, THANK GOD because seriously I needed to catch up on sleep! I was so tired thursday!
I almost went to see Black Mountain tonight but friends in brooklyn weren't around or had other plans so I went to South Philly to the Disgraceland for Be Your Own Pet who I saw before open for Sonic Youth, but this time instead of playing at a place that hold 1000 people they headlined a place that holds 100 uncomfortably! You will be able to tell by the pics, it was pretty hard to get a good pic but I got some decent ones...
I took pics of Be Your Own Pet and Vincent Black Shadow from Maryland. Lots of fun!!!
