my weekend was awesome!
it started with Thursday night... I went to see Om and Grails at Johnny Brendas in Fishtown! Grails was amazing! They play ambient rock and worked the 12 string and a lot of effects. Made for a great sound. Om was very good. They were a spiritual experience hahahahahaha

Saturday I went to New Brunswick to see Government Warning and Dustheads. My friend bailed on me cause of things he had to do. So I went alone and was glad I chose to. I ran into some awesome people I knew. Plus they crammed 60+ people into a small awkward basement. Dustheads there was a lot of pushing and singing along and a small pit. So much fun!
Government Warning people went off the hook for. People were actually crowd surfing during their set and jumping off things, I don't know how, I was almost ducking just walking through. I did find a way to be part of a few pile ups.
Afterwards some friends went to a diner and had some amazing diner food. The Edison Diner, for anyone looking for a good diner to get some food at.
Well I woke up this morning, well afternoon and my back was KILLING me! I guess I did a number on it. I love those shows enough to put my body at the line.
Oh and my steelers lost to the JETS?!?!?!?! what the hell were they doing!?!?
