Lets just say this weekend has been fanfuckintastic!
I took my friend out to the bar for her bday, it was some blue collar out in the middle of farm land bar, the one all the locals are big on. We went there to see her cousin(free drinks!) I made an ass out of myself as usual, dancin around, yellin YEEEEEEEHAW! It got me a number from one of her other cousin's friends. She seemed interesting, but had no musical taste, I had a gf with no musical taste and it was bad.
Last night was a whole different story, I went what has to have been the best show ever(you will all find out!) I went to see Kill Crush Destroy(reunite to do more shows! Thanks to singers great success at online poker), Splitting Headache(seriously watch out for these guys, they are fuckin fast, and so freakin fun... think of their sound of their bands the members used to be in... Survivors and Tear It Up) Dear Tonight(NYC screamy post hardcorish stuff... some of the best dudes I have ever met, and it doesn't hurt that their music is insane!) Seriously the bands were so good. Afterwards when the crowd of people from the show left, some of the members of Kill Crush Destroy and Dear Tonight and I hit up the HOT TUB!!! thats right I said HOT TUB!!! Hardcore music and Hot Tubs are a match made in heaven! There was mostly dudes but some fantastic hardcore dudes they were. There were two brave girls to hop into the hot tub with us.
Here is an equasion that works everytime...
Hot Tub+boozed up girls=no inhibitions!!!
This girl I gave half of my six pack to was in there and rewarded me with some smoochie smoochie and her number. It was quite a good time! I recomend if you are in a punk/hardcore/screamy band and comin through nj look for the think tank house in lakewood. Great times were had, they have a hot tub, a pool, and a basketball court!
