There are words to be thought and there are thoughts to be said. What form of guidelines do we adhere to when taking this into account? In situations where this matters moire you may be judged simply by taking your time and asking yourself "what should come out of my mouth?". The power of words is such that even not saying them can bring you to a place where you feel you feel trapped. For me it's almost absurd to have to speak without thinking. On the opposite side of that coin when improvising or attempting to give a definition or a simple question's answer I do nothing but over speak as I spat semi-relevant gibberish. However many differences there may be, each person goes about thinking and speaking in their own way based on thousands of factors throughout their lives. When you say something try to think, not only about what it is that you are saying but what effect it will take on the situation it's used in. Where has that person been and what have they done today that might impact their own concept of what you say. If you can do all of these things at the same time you might just be able to do anything. Who knows but if you speak to what your know and think about what you say then maybe you'll do better then me.
