Well I guess I have time to write a new blog. Lying flat of my back right now in bed. My damn lower back went out about an hour ago and I can't do shit else but lay here until I can get to the chriopractor tomorrow. My workouts have been going great but I knew my lower back has been feeling a little tight and have been working around it. The shit of it is I threw it out scooting my chair up to my desk today. It would sound so much better if I could say I was dead lifting 500 lbs. or something macho but no...scooting my chair up. I guess that's the shit you get you get into in these later years. I guess it's like the old saying...if I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself. Your body will always find a way to tell to you things and if you don't listen it will kick you in the ass. Anyway I guess I can use a few days rest...more time to enjoy SG.
