actually.... i have a quick one....

where's the logic in this...

why is it that people who state they are amazing in a certain field or area (i'm a fucking amazing artist, im a fucking amazing snowboader, i so sexy, i'm so hard i'm a really good friend, im such a great photographer) generally turn out to be absolutely appalling in said area...

for one... you should never say that about yourself... wether you believe it or not...

two... if you're not... why would you want to attract attention to the thing you suck at and open yourself up to ridicule if you are not....

this comes from the fact that i came across someone ranting about how well they draw.. and how they are by far one of the best artists out there...

now i know art is in the eye of the beholder... but this person was fucking rubbish... i mean really shit.... if you're trying to draw a person... and it ends up looking like the elephant man... you cant draw for shit (and no... your technique was no good either)... so dont brag about your amazing skills.... this goes the same across the board... for everything..

it doesnt matter if you cant do something... or you're not very good... so long as you're trying... but dont shout your mouth off.... cause although people may not be laughing to your face.... they probably are behind your back...
