still no word on the job front...those rat bastards. my guess is that by now, they've made a decision and are just ignoring me so I'll go away. but hopefully that's not the case because that's a damn shitty way to run a business. I'm going to call and leave a message this weekend see if I actually get a response. I just want an answer dammit.

anyway, aside from that...the week's been pretty much not exciting. But that's ok because usually when my week's exciting, it's exciting bad, not exciting good wink I should work on that...

a friend of mine just scored a mac mini. I'm jealous. But alas, I cannot afford one and I don't really "need" one either. I would really enjoy one of the new powerbooks though. again, no moneys. I'll have you some day dammit....some day...

Wow! I'd never heard of the mac mini until now. That's pretty awesome. Though, like you, I'd still rather go for a powerbook. Can't afford either, so I'll stick to dreaming for now smile

So why the best Valentine's ever? It has a lot to do with me accepting the day and going with it rather than trying to avoid it. And I had a really nice laid-back day during which I helped one of my roommates make an awesome card for her bf that's in jail (that's anotehr story). Then, that evening I went out with a bunch of my roommates for drinks at this really cool bar (we all dressed up. I wore a 3-piece suit) And as it always works... While at the bar, when I least expected it, I met a really cool girl and we're friends now. smile So in the words of Ice Cube... ..it was a good day ooo aaa

I know what you're saying about getting married, I meant just for today's culture I think the problem is getting married too early. Older generations getting married this early was normal and so they last, nowadays thats just not the case. I found out a few months ago that people who get married age 30+ last longer and are generally happier.

I went tanning again tonight... oh I am a silly girl thinking 8 minutes was a good idea. I am very very pink blush
