Well, I made it through my hollywood Park show this weekend, but my condition got worse - imagine that - work 24 hours straight and wonder why you don't feel better. ha! i know i shouldn't do shit like that anymore, but that was a heavy commitment. I'm paying for it now though.
Saturday, i called in sick and it wasn't a big deal, but I also called in sick for my 4th of July sound gig in Santee. I went back to the hospital on Sunday and had blood work and x-rays done -this doctor actually seems competent -he's gonna be my new primary care doc. he prescribed cipro and clindamycin. that stuff's kickin' my ass! it's working though.
i've never missed so much work before It'll be a slim paycheck, but at least I'm spending quality time taking naps with the dog.
