Goddamn it hurts! that's been running through my head the last couple of days. Had to go to urgent care last night. I've got an infected belly button from a tiny hernia- this sucks! Taking antibiotics and alot of aleve, but I'm sore as fuck. definitely not feeling sexy y'know? I've got a couple of big paying shows so I have to work in pain all week -it sure makes me appreciate when I am healthy. Doctor said I need to lose weight... duh! really?
When I feel better I'll do a few digital photos of a road trip or a show. I need to update more often and say hi to everybody, but I haven't felt up to it lately. I think you're all supercool and I wish i had a pary house to invite you all too. looks like my band might play a reunion show in August.

And the key to losing weight (for me atleast - I used to be quite chubby) is to drink LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. Like be drinking water all the time. Try it.
