Phew, managed to move my 5mm CBR round so that I could use the circlip pliers to get the bead in! It moved fine one I got past the initial tightness! It's quite tender at the moment but I love the look of 5mm, not sure if I'll go any bigger!

Now my tongue didn't hurt one bit, my PA twinged, but my nipple.... ouch!
