So yesterday I went to the dermatologist at Kingston Hospital, which sadly proved not to be very fruitful. They've suggested doubling my dose of antihistamines plus giving me another one for at night which should be good seeing as the nights are slowly getting hotter. Anyway, I could have prickly heat for decades according to the leaflet they gave me! I'll have a noose round my neck if it lasts that long!!

Today has been chilled, cut the grass, read for a while whilst catching a few rays. Watched Man Ure beat Millwall.
