I've only just started at the gym, not done any exercise in a while, so I currently breathe like a zombie and have a little red beetroot face whenever I do anything

My doc was extremely grumpy and just phoned someone, tomorrow I have to go to Reading hospital to the eye clinic. Boring!! Is Kingston still being lovely? Moved away from Surbiton at the end of last year and got to admit I do miss the old gal.
