What a night! After dragging myself out of bed yesterday onto the couch, then from there to the shower, then out the house, I made my way down to Camden to hit the Elephant & Castle!

Anyway, was a nice suprise to see Phil there, haven't seen him since New Years I don't think? Tony was already inside ordering food! hehe So anyway, the sun eventually came out and we had a lovely afternoon eating and drinking. Later we were joined by Forkandles and a friend of Tony/Phil's. Jackie also showed up with her roller derby crew.



Now this is the first time I've seen The Small Mercies since Phil departed, but my word they are good! And Munch, well, the lungs on the guy! They seriously blew me away, I had a stupid grin on my face the whole time! Phil even took on vocals for one song in the set which was cool. Awesome stuff!
Can't wait to see them Thursday now! Might wear my tee-shirt I bought off of them tongue

So yeah, had an awesome day, great food and drink, and there was a good sized crowd there!

I'm now debating what to do with myself! Anyone in London tomorrow?

Yeah. I had to get in touch with him to sort out some money stuff. I managed to keep it as succinct as possible and only say what I needed to ask, but he replied and decided to throw in about how he missed having me around and wouldn't be home tomorrow because he's playing a gig in London. whatever

What's strawberry beer like, then? Back when I could drink I loved banana beer, tasted like a beer version of banana bread.
