Dad helped me decorate again yesterday. It felt like we made huge progress and I'm really pleased! It was really hot yesterday though and at 8am this morning when I walked down the shop to get a paper I was roasting!
I bought dad the latest Mark Knopfler as a thank you present
Dad got in the back of his van the other day to get some plumbing fittings out and the door closed behind him.
Thing is you can't open it from the inside due to the way the security mesh covers the windows 
On top of that it was a really hot day and his van was like an oven! He waited 15mins for someone to walk by with his kid and which point dad was banging on the van to get the guys attention.
The guy noticed and tried opening the door via the handle but it wouldn't open. 'It's locked mate, you'll have to force your way out' he said before just walking off!
Dad managed to pry off the security mesh with a crow-bar he had but the door still wouldn't open when he tried from inside. Eveentually the owner of the house he was working at came out looking for him and after a few attempts the door finally opened. Dad fell out exhausted from the heat!
After a drink of water he shut the door, opened it, shut the door, opened it etc etc It didn't get stuck shut again?!
I've been feeling awful lately. I've not been sleeping very well at all which to be fair had been gradually getting worse for about 6 months. However these past 3 weeks I've been constantly tired. I go to bed at around 10-11pm but usually awake around about 5 and I can never get back to sleep. I'm getting my eyes tested on Friday. I should wear glasses. I also bought some iron supplements yesterday from Holland & Barrett

They drink and even sleep on the wing. And get this, they land only to breed, and, amazingly, may spend their first two or three years, until mature, entirely aloft. No other bird spends as much of its life in flight.
