Thank lord we get Monday to recover too! I'm aching all over and caught the sun a bit yesterday too
Soooo had a super time in London Saturday night at the SGUK meet! Zoeeeeee, Jackie and I were all staying at a hotel in London so we shared a couple of bottles of wine as we got ready, Yorkie was also staying there too albeit three floors above! Not sure if we could have handled stairs when we got back ourselves!
Anyway I had a really good time, met some great people in person such as saffa and munch plus lots of others who I partially recall talking too (sorry if I talked absolute testicles)
After the pub we went on to a club although somehow Zoeeeeee & Jackie got lost and somehow managed to find them again despite being intoxicated and lost.
Everyone found some comfy soafs and chairs in the club which was nice. The music on the dancefloor was far too loud. Went for a dance with Zoeeeeee but after a few songs, one came on with a beat to it that was impossible to dance too
For me anyway
I only 'dance' when drunkded, I probably dance like my dad too
We all got kicked out at three and we took a cab back to the hotel and fell into bed.
We woke up 5 hours later and proceeded to drink lots of water and Resolve. I liked how Jackie managed to slide out of bed onto the floor and then crawl to the bathroom!
We were all still a bit drunk when we headed out with Yorkie to catch the train to Camden.
In Camden we had Crepes for brunch. Then we headed down to Camden lock and sat on the floor in the sun waiting for Munch to arrive. Then we went off to the pub again. thenonstopdancer finally decided to show up
and throughout the afternoon others arrived and we spent the day drinking and eating bbq!
I'm a bit red in the face today though, it was so nice and sunny for parts of the day! And my hangover legs have just about recovered! Hope everyone had fun!
Oh and the photos are here

My evil big brother usually snaffled up Red Wizard when we played Gauntlet - I usually stuck with Elf or Warrior after that, never Valkyrie. You really needed the Wizard or the Elf when fighting those fire dragons!
I love the illogical-ness of those old games - remember how a zillion ghosts could emerge from one pile of bones, or how you could suddenly find a baked ham in a dungeon 100 levels deeps?
