So umm, since January I have lost just over a stone in weight! 
Ooh today I did some DIY and some gardening again. When I went to move a big black bin away from the hedge I wanted to cut, it was a third full with rain water, and there was a froggy swimming in it! How on earth he got in there I do not know! He must have climbed up the bush, either that or leap over a metre upwards! I wondered how long he must have been in there
Poor thing! Silly thing 
Anyway I stuck him in the pond and he swam around all happy

i find loosing weight so hard to do
and then suddenly i just manage to loose abit and i duno how really....
it never happens when i want it tooo!
but ive lost just under a stone since jan or sumthg i think....
problem is thats the weight i put on this year already haha
i really wana loose another stone or so... any tips or helpful suggestions?
looks like you two are going to be over run with frogs soon
