Finally the end of the week! (Even though it was only four days due to a bank holiday Monday!)

So what's been happening! Nowt much really! Jackie came round Monday and Zoe cooked a 'Monday' roast! I also managed to cut the lawn for the first time this year and plant some seeds having dug over one of the flower beds.

Wednesday I went down the pub and watched Arsenal beat VIllareal 1-0 in the Champions League semi final! It would be smashing if we could go forth and win it and so qualify for next seasons Champions League, taking Tottenham's place!

Thursday night I went to the land of...



Tim from work could only buy three tickets, not just two so I got to go too! I'd never even heard of the show so he leant me the first series on DVD last week! I quite liked it so went along! It was quite funny, a bit weird in places! For instance there was a man sized bunny humping Vince, plus the cockney geezer guy was talking about having sex with the stumps of decapitated bodies!! Very bizarre. But funny none the less! Ha ha.

Ooh... I'm off to Amsterdam next month! I spoke to my Canadian lover and she'd gone ahead and bought a ticket, so no pressure! Ha ha I have my ticket now although I've yet to find any accomodation, everywhere is booked solid! Everything left is really expensive! Still I'll find somewhere no doubt.
