I can’t even explain what it felt like to see her again after all this time.
She’s my muse, my inspiration, and my savior on my darkest days. During the concert there were a few surprise songs, and one of them was played on the piano, chosen based on the requests we sent in.
Guess what? She sang the one I asked for: HAIR
It’s one of the most meaningful songs to me because it’s about the fight to express your true identity and the courage to be yourself, even when the world makes you feel like a freak.
All of my photo sets are titled after one of her songs, because Gaga has been such a fundamental part of my growth, she helped me, day after day, not to feel alone or like a mistake in this world obsessed with perfection.
I’ll always be grateful to her, and to all the amazing people she brought into my life. Her fanbase is full of beautiful freaks who accept and celebrate each other’s uniqueness. 💕
