Hey SGland,
I know I’ve been a little quiet lately — both here and on my socials (especially now, when a set I truly cared about was just released)… but life has a way of reminding us that we’re not always in control of everything.
My grandfather was in a serious car accident. He broke three ribs and is now in the hospital. Between work and running back and forth to be with him, the days just don’t seem long enough.
For those who don’t know… my grandparents raised me. They took me in when I wasn’t even two years old, without ever asking anything from anyone. They loved me and protected me like their own daughter, because unfortunately, my parents weren’t able to do that.
And now that my grandfather needs me, all I want is to be there for him.
For the same reason, I’ve also had to postpone my move to Tuscany — it was supposed to happen in August, but I’ll wait at least a month to see how he’s doing and if he can fully recover.
I think of you every day. I miss this space, and I miss all of you.
But I’ll be back — stronger than ever. 💕
