i love the month of April. we get some super sunny days but with out the HOT temps...about 68 degrees F, leaves a person warm but not burning up!!

on the flip side/ we do get alot of "showers"(april showers bring may flowers). the first berries will be "salmon" berries, look like orange raspberries, they are tangy/sour but i grew up eating them so they are good!! next will be the wild strawberries, super sweet but very small and hard to find large patches of plants! after that it is a wash, thimble/black/huckle berries!! i think i should spend some time picking this summer
