For the most part I'm not directly involved in the office politics. I've got a unique position in the company which leaves me to work at my own pace with very little supervision. I do however have to hear about all the crap that goes on which can get very tiring. Basically most of the people in charge aren't qualified to tell the ones doing the actual work what to do.
