figure i should update people with a bit of good news

saw my consultant surgeon yesterday and he told me everything i was expecting to hear and was hoping to hear

i can return to an ofice job as soon as i can find one
i can start working to come off my crutches. im already down to 1 crutch
when i told him about my gp removing a 'stitch' from my leg he laughed and was glad when she faultered after i asked how it could be a stitch when i had clips inplace and saw the nurse remove them the day i came out of hospital. he sid if she had carried on at that point she would have been digging herself a hole

had some physio again today and i have a lot of work to do to get my muscles back to being even a shadow of what they were
i have another session booked for next week as well as an appointment for a session in the hydrotherapy tank for tomorrow.

i also have a meeting at the social on monday to discus me going back to work and getting a new job


in other news im going to be in london from friday afternoon until sunday afternoon and as things stand i dont have any plans for the saturday, so if anyone wants to meet up and hang out for a few hours leave me a comment
