i couldnt reformat my puter, due to the fact that dell dont supply new computers with ANY backups of windows or microsoft software 
also America Off-Line have been screwing me around with for the past week or so. i had to do a system restore twice to fix my fuckin modem because they told me i needed new modem drivers to accept the higher speeds they settin up which i dont mind. but said drivers have to be installed manualy and they only ofer an automatic instalation which doesnt work you install the new drivers automatically and all it does is delete your old drivers so you cant get online then the fuckers wont let me cancel my service with them cos im in a 12 month contract until next march, Next fuckin march with these bastards
so i finally sort out my puter so i can install the new modem drivers properly, get teh info i need from aol support on how to install them manualy, and it stops tellin me to install them, wtf are the playin at?

they are the worst,
what you shoudl do for till next march is download firefox and use aol to acess teh net and thats it, dont' use there brosers or anyhting, it will make a major difreance as wel as doing a complete virus scan to rid it of anything nasty that is there,
and possibly get aomethign like zone alams to help keep bad things at bay
AOL = computer gayness
zone labs is worth a shot as everythign that asks to access the net has to be aprroved by you, and that way if something crops up that you don't reconise then you google it and it will tell you what it is, if its a virus you can block it from accessing the net
witch dose help in the long run
that said bet you can't weight to get a new ISP, one that dosenet conctionand only net conection is best
