Work is going well. The job itself is fairly boring (data entry in the form of time sheets), but I get to work with a great bunch of people, and its regular pay (which is always a bonus). I have about 3 more weeks left on the contract, but there is a strong possibility of me being kept on until I have to go in for my 3rd (and hopefully final) operation on my right leg. Yes you read that right, I still need to have another operation on my leg before I can heal fully. Dont be alarmed by this though, as it is just a routine op to remove the pin from my right thigh. I dont have a date yet for this operation, just that it is likely to be sometime in May and I will be on crutches again for around 6-10 weeks (depending on my muscle recovery).

Because I spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week looking at a computer screen, the last thing I want to do when I get home, is sit at a computer and look at a screen. As a result I only really get online when I am in the youth centre, or at the weekends. I cant really access a porn site whilst I am in a youth centre (mostly for legal reasons) so that leaves the weekends. So when I get online I make sure its for a while so I can try to catch up. But I have been rather busy the last couple of weekends enjoying the fact I know have money.

I am spinning much more often than I ever have, and have taken to spinning glow sticks in clubs around Manchester. Which has resulted in me buying a pair of fire poi* (my first set) and a box of 10 reusable glow sticks, which have a battery life of 8-10 hours. Due to my rapid development of my spinning style, I am thinking about joining Ashas promotion company/site Dark Arts to see about maybe getting some official club performances in.
