So this first big Holiday weekend was kinda a bust for me I never spend Thanksgiving with my family because they do their own thing every year and it the first year I'm single in a long time so I went to my friends house who has his little family and although i was glad i was invited it made me feel more lonely and miss having somebody or a family. At this rate I have no idea how ill get through the rest of the holidays.
I also ended up with this awesome cold and have had to miss work the last 2 nights which kinda sucks Im in a new station and have only been there a month and I'd hate them to think I'm a slacker and that I dont give a shit. I also missed the Westchester Reptile Expo today because i was feeling shitty and Dehydrated. I wanted to pick up some new stuff. there is one in PA this saturday and I hope I'll make that one.
Since my break up with my lady in August I've been pretty messed up I miss her all the time and i just want to be with her. we keep making plans to hang out and do lunch or something but then she bails on me last min and gets mad at me, guess she isn't ready...
I"ve been doing a ton of research on starting a small Business and that has been going good, hopefully ill be able to start something up early next year.
On another note I've had some people hit me up in the Couchsurfing group looking for a place to crash in NYC for a few days.. this excites me since I like to meet new people and its nice to have options maybe for travel in the future. I am always welcoming people from all over so if you need a place to crash let me know, even if you are close by and just want to hang out or have a lunch im available most days.
Im really digging Brand News Deja Entendu album lately, its one of my Favorites all time and its hitting home a lot these past few weeks. and there is one song that reminds me the most of my days of being single (in the most dickhead way)
