I went to the Ali G dvd party after a job interview, which was kind of funny, since I was in a suit, and the dvd was about him being unhireable. Actually, he got a job to ruin stuff.
The party was posted on the events page, so I asked some of the more interesting looking women smoking outside if they were suicide girls. One looked at me in shock, like I was asking her if she was suicidal, and this other one was like, "Suicide Girls SUCKS! Burning Angel!"
So I checked that site out and they don't even have community stuff or ways to hook up. Not that *I've EVER* hooked up through here, but still, it is nice to have the tools and chances to dream.
Speaking of events, I've posted two good ones. On Friday 11/12 the http://www.gothamgirlsrollerderby.com and on Saturday 11/13 Fat Boy*slim is playing a loft party in Chelsea open to the cash carrying public through ticketweb. He's gotta be a great dj in a small setting. I saw him at Hammerstein and people were openly fucking and blowing each other! The music was OFF THE HOOK!
