Simple dough of flour, water, yeast, kosher salt. Proofed in a bath of olive oil. Slices of seasonal tomatoes or an inexpensive can of tomato sauce(not spaghetti) for the base, mozarella on that. 500 degree oven and ceramic tile. Basil shredded or sprinkled on. Pizza Margarita. Fucking heaven.
I hate meat on pizza. It comes out overdone. Gives me heartburn. Usually, the only other things I put on pizza are mushrooms or green beans. And somewhat rarely.
