I'm making pizza. With homemade pizza dough. Yum. I love pizza piled with lots of mushrooms. Or thai pizza with peanut sauce, bean sprouts, red onion, and cilantro. Today it will be mushrooms and tomatoes. And garlic. And vegan mozzarella, now that I finally found some that's good.

I am doubt full of this vegan mozzarella. I have trouble beleiving any vegan cheese would taste good. Or at least that is my experience....... surreal
