What the fuck is wrong with me? First I fall through my conservatory and smash through one of the glass panels, now I've done something to the sole of my foot. Feels like I've torn some muscles or something. My 10 minute walk to walk took me 45 minutes this morning. Not fun.

Milan in 4 sleeps though. Can't wait.
