hmm. what brought me onto SG ? my friend Reprisal has an account. he noticed that i'm living online more often and less IRL. this is / was my xmas present and i really like it. just that simple really. there's more to it of course, how i don't like the greater majority of people that you meet everyday, and i'm begining to belive that i only like places that have a cover charge, of which this is one. it brings more interesting and interested people.... right?
as for what takes up my time? currently i'm unemployed, and with the xmas season, thats just fine with me. I'll be looking at options for income in the new year, but for now this is good, because my time is being taken up with xmas visiting mostly.
when it's not xmas i have other interests. I'm an SCA er, for one. i have armor and i fight with a sword and shield. Photo's are a big thing, something that i'm always doing too. it makes things fun, and making money off of fun things is good. I'm getting into video, slowly but surely, and i'd like to make it an income thing too, but that takes time. luckily i've got it at the moment.
I date. i refuse to have a girlfriend, because that comes with a load of obligations, agreements and definitions that often aren't talked about, and so i just date. no terms unless you ask and i agree, because getting into something with your eyes closed sucks.
I date often too. i love women, all shapes and sizes, love flirting and being flirted with, so it makes it hard to consider being part of a couple. currently i'm dating one girl thats begining to make me think about adding enough commitments to make her a girlfriend, but i'm not there yet. and i don't like thinking about it.
how long have you been doing real estate? is it as good as they say it is? i'm still renting but thinking about buying shortly.... advice?
