is this all we can find deep inside humanity?
when will we open our eyes and wake up from this nihgtmare? we see the sun shining but its rays are not warming our hearts, lets face it, we are the architects of our fall !!! it sucks!!! whenever you switch tv on, it s always the same stories, and they keep coming again and again to haunt you until fear and paranoia turns you into a rotting corpse inside your sarcophagus!! i m so fucking fed up with hearing these aweful things that we ve done over and over: it feels like we ve never evolved past the stage of barbarians, killing, destroying everything in our path!!
yesterday was the 11th of november, a day to remember all the people who died during the first world war, i saw one man on tv and he said with tears in his eyes that his thoughts were with his comrades who fell in front of him, his friends who gave their life at an age when you re supposed to think about girls and your future job!!! it made me realise that we have a tendency to take everything for granted, and we should be grateful to the people who gave their lives so we can live ours!!
this man on tv is one of the few last fighters from WW1 and i felt tears in my eyes when he said that he was more thinking about his dead friends than himself, he was humble in his words, but you could feel regret and weariness, sadness because of all the bad things that any war brings!!
i wish people would listen more often to these guys and realise the stupidity of war, violence, and hate!! then maybe we could build something nice on this planet!!!
but is this too much to expect from mankind?
