I had a long day, but when I came home I had a shower, and I had delicious pizza waiting, and parents brought me also some 3 packs of ginger cookies : total 1.5 kgs : )
too bad they are already the christmas variety of these ikea swedish cookies, at chirstmas they are a bit thicker, and they aren't neatly put in spiral in the box, but all over. why they heck must they sell them worse at christmas? and what the heck, it's october, I don't want a christmas box for my cookies!! bloody commercial reasons and minds

mmmm....i love ginger cookies. i agree that they must be very thin. and nicely arranged, too. good presentation makes them taste better, right?? lol
