oh i have been waiting for you to make your first entry.. any specific reason for the lack of being able to swithc off? i feel like my brain is a computer box - the constant hum prevents my switching off into an unfitful sleep. last night was just the same.
a bbq sounds jus wonderful. i'm working a split today. sucks ASSSSS -jack black.

oh, no the sleep thing has been an issue for about 5 years now. i need it.. an find it awfully difficult without it.. but i am the same. i cannot sleep in silence - unless someone else is with me. rarely if i am sleeping beside someone i will fall asleep first. but not often. even then i can't face that person whilst asleep. makes me feel vulnerable. i'm a funny one.
right now i work in wetherspoons. a stressful job at times.. how about you? i do hope you enjoyed your evening of relaxation smile
