... ok, i just did the flaming lips "zaireeka" album, and it was the most amazing thing i have ever heard!!! i mean fucking amazingly wierdly brilliant, i have wanted to hear it for years, and i thought it was out of print, maybe it was who knows, but i special ordered it at my store and it came in today, so i went and bought 3 new radios so i could do it... if you don't know what it is, it is 4 cd's that you have to play on 4 seperate players at the same time. there is a warning on the cover that says, "this recording also contains frequencies not normally heard on commercial recordings and on rare occasion has caused the listener to become disoriented". there were 3 of us here and we basically couldn't move, speak, or believe everything that was going on in the room. i still can't believe it... if any of you ever get a chance to hear it, do it, it is unbelievable...
