It's early, too early in the morning to be awake. That's for sure. Art. and I have been debating what to do with our new pet, we finally found a nice, friendly, docile, and very cute little creature... and now my roommate won't let us keep her.. She didn't have a problem with the other two... except that we didn't ask her before. So Art. and I are bummed because of Upgrade's rejection...
In other news, I'm also getting tired of these papers. Throughout my entire education, I never studied...homework came very easily, and I never got below and A. Maybe I was lucky, maybe something just clicked with me. However, that schooling was in French. There's something tedious about writing papers in English, for me at least. It bores me... I don't think it's more difficult for me, but it never feels like I'm doing anything superlative. So, I'm ready for a break. Perhaps not of New York so much, but definitely of school. I'm going to California, where I spend my winter breaks and most of my summers (until I started going off on my own and traveling)... so that should be fun. Then it's back to the Midwest for some good down to earth fun!
In any case, this is my last day of classes. I have a final on Monday and then one when I get back from a trip to Montreal! So I'm not thinking in terms of work any more.
I'm going to take a shower, get all squeaky clean... and fret not, I won't forget to wash behind my ears!
