hi,
i spend the winters at a remote heliski lodge in bc, so if im not cooking or snowboarding i watch "a take away shows" tons of cool bands preforming in neat spots like train stations in Pairs, alley ways in mexico...and so on. might be an idea...... it sure helps me pass some time...
i work n live with some cute girls......SG super charged my labeado, things got a bit messy around christmas..lol,
so now I kina put my ass on a shorter leash, little less pic surfing.....jus sayin, i got a little to awake...

you should time yourself on how much you play... only allow yourself say one hour.... with alarm clock right beside you... it will not be easy to quit... I know you can because you recognize there is an issue... first step....
