blood tests results are back. Everything is GOOD! My b12 is 605... which apparently is really good. .. Only thing that bothers me about this is that i know all my troubles are anxiety/depression related =/ .... but it is good to know being vegan hasn't altered my health!

Excellent news....at least you can stay Vegan....am very happy to hear that it's turned out good!
So i got my blood work done today. I should know in the next couple days if I am deficient in anything or not... wish me luck!
