There is this book by Bruce Lipton, called Biology of Belief. While he does not give you the answer of what to do, he does suggest why you should not be on all the meds docs are putting people on.
Personally organic makes a huge difference. Eat good filling foods, bacon is powerful, maybe check out Onitt Labs for their helper pills. All natural mood enhancers. Good stuff with them.

Sorry to hear about your depression and good that you're trying to keep positive and do good things and I do know how it can creep up on you and my emotions have been up and down too..I do understand...it might be situational but also changing meds might help too...good luck with that and I can understand that you're wary of changing but I hope it works out ok for you

I took my lip piercing out and i feel better. just isn't my thang! no wonder i did it so many times before, haha. Spring cleaning in a way.... got rid of loads of dinks on my facebook....starting to work my life out a bit too.
