Well, I lost 5 lbs last week, how kewl! Still just trying to save up money and leave time so I can have it and take off the time I will need to to recover. Still working my ass of at the gym, cardio, lifting. After I have surgery I will have to be out of the gym so long, and I hate that. I work so hard to gain muscle, and I will lose some of it and feel like I am starting over. Oh well. I feel like crap, sore throat, dizzy, short of breath, etc. I hate feeling that way. I have to work tonight around more sick people, which is probably how I got sick in the first place! I need a new career! 
When it gets to full-on summer I have to go blonde again. Ok, that's it. Hope everybody is working out and taking care of themselves.

You know what, I didn't catch before what type of surgery you are going to get, but I read back in your journal to see what it could be. I read about when you lost weight and everything...you know, I lost about 80 pounds myself, and I was considering cosmetic surgery...could you tell me a little about it?
