Astanga is amazing... i've never felt beter for a workout than that. Spiritually or Physically... go somewhere small though the gyms are making it like an aerobics/pilates workout. (snake oil workouts)
i have to watch yoga though, all of the bending and twisting involved in yoga makes my acid reflux act up...
