you know what's even weirder, when i scraped the wallpaper off my wall to paint them i found that not only did i have a audience behind the bed but a complete civilisation too.
there was a sock wedged between the bed and the wall that was literally crawling and pulsing inside with tiny bugs.
i wonder if i had left that sock for another three years would they have developed language and machines?
perhaps they were working on a way to start communicating with me, now i feel bad for throwing the sock away, maybe they thought i was their god.
i'm depressed now.
