Ok I have to update.... it's been too long....
but I have to teach in three hours and It's gonna take some preparation cause I went out last night and there were these boat people at the bar, with a jar of moonshine and they were not letting anyone get away without having at least one shot of it. I had three.

And three shots of Tequila.
And constant beer.

Sometimes I call myself an alcoholic yogi.
Yoga is my life, I love it.
I care passionately about people, and having them pain free and strong... which are two undeniable benefits of Yoga.
I teach Forrest Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga. Look them up on google if you have the inclination.
I am good at teaching yoga, and I better be because there is nothing else I know half as much about (which ain't a whole lot of course). But I'm extremely well trained, whether I'm good or not.

I want to tell you that so that you'll understand a little bit more of who I am.
Being a Bahamian... I am also a prodigious drinker and for some reason I haven't let that go yet, that's all.

I had such a good time last night. And I'll right more later about that.
I met a nice girl last night. It was great actually. Hanging with five of my best friends, and I've gotten some messages from three women I love lately too.
And when that happens you just feel kinda good huh!
