My fiance and I are both fighting colds this weekend. We've been running the humidifier and I've been pouring orange juice down both of us at every opportunity. I hope I'll be considerably better by Thanksgiving. I have a turkey to cook!
I'm looking forward to December 7th. We'll be getting our year end bonus checks- 13% of our annual earnings this year. The company is doing very well. We only got about 8-9% last year. It'll be nice to have that extra padding and security in savings. I'm living paycheck to paycheck of late. So when sudden expenses crop up, I'm screwed.
Going to meet my Dad for dinner. He's sick too, so we will all be sitting around the table in our haz-mat suits.

I just wanted to say here in your updated journal, big congratulations on your recent engagement!!!!!! I said the same in your old blog post, the one that announced the news but I wanted to make sure that you could see it here. So what do you think it was that finally prompted your man to make you an honest woman?
